I am missing one of my top front teeth. I think I would like to get a dental implant to replace it. I was also wanting to improve the alignment and whiten my teeth and was hoping to get porcelain veneers too. Do you know which treatment I should have done first? Do you know if it is possible to get the implant and veneers to match in shape and color?

The answer to your question is yes. You can get porcelain veneers and a dental implant to match flawlessly and look beautiful. But it is important that you work with a true cosmetic dentist. Not just any dentist can do cosmetic dentistry well, in fact there are only one to two percent of dentists that will do this right. So make sure you do your research for the best result.
First, the dental implant would need to be placed and then a crown is placed after the implant has been surgically placed into your jawbone. The porcelain veneers and the placement of the crown should be done during the same appointment. This will ensure a perfect match.
