I feel like I have a very bad smell in my mouth. I brush regularly but that doesn’t seem to help. Do you have any suggestions?

There are many reasons that people have bad breath. Even if you brush your teeth regularly, some still deal with a bad smell in their mouth.
The most frequent cause of bad breath is typically from bacteria. Brushing is an important step, but it would be good to make sure that you floss daily as well. If your bad breath is still persistent than you could try a tongue cleaner.
There are many other products used to combat bad breath. At many drug stores, products like BreathRx, work well. Or visit with your dentist to see if they have any special rinses or bad breath toothpaste that they recommend.
Some dentists specialize in bad breath odor from the mouth. It may be worth your while to consult with one.
I hope this information was helpful.
